Don has expertise in IT strategic planning, project management, telecommunications and infrastructure design, process improvement, service management, budgeting, and administration. His experience covers a broad range of municipal services, including utilities, public works, emergency response, public safety, planning, community development, finance, parks and recreation, library, educational services, and administration.
Don specializes in leading IT strategic planning and operational assessment engagements, staffing assessments, and software implementation projects. He also consults on the technical and data aspects of software selection processes and provides direct project management services. He is passionate about helping clients overcome constraints and plan effectively for their future.
