Start at the top.

BerryDunn is one of the best places to work in New England. Period. We measure up against the best—whether it’s another CPA firm or any other kind of business. Our environment is team-based, giving you the opportunity to work with and learn from the service and industry experts in our firm. Through on-the-job training, a strong advisor program, and regular feedback from your team’s leaders, you can progress into increasing levels of responsibility commensurate with your skills.

Start your future on the right foot.

We’re looking for outstanding people who want to join a firm with excellent career prospects, a commitment to training our own talent, and an exciting and fun place to work. Whether your interest is audit, tax, or consulting, you’ll rotate through a number of different industry areas—giving you the opportunity to develop practical experience and find the right fit for you.

We invest in you.

From technological tools to two-and-a half weeks of training for entry-level associates, we make a commitment to your growth and technical development. Because we require professional staff take at least 40 hours of professional education each year, we bear the whole cost—every year.

Early on in your career, you become part of a client service team—a team that combines the right skills from across the firm to serve each client. You could be working with the principal who leads the industry practice, the valuation and data forensic specialists, and the IT consulting manager—all on one client team.

Still in school? Consider our internships.

Internships are planned during the months of February to April, and June to August, to maximize your exposure to client-oriented work. We offer internships in auditing and tax to help you get an opportunity to find out what a career in public accounting can be. We help you gain experience and exposure to clients across a variety of industries, giving you the opportunity to really learn the ropes. (Those students who have had a successful internship are given a higher priority for full-time employment.)

Those interested in our internship program should contact the campus career services office to find out your fall schedule of recruiting on campus, or, e-mail us your resume and letter of interest at

Advisor Program

The learning process begins with our advisor program. You'll have someone on our professional staff with two or more years experience assigned to you as your official advisor. Your advisor can answer your questions on anything from BerryDunn policies and other matters that arise during the individual’s first year of employment. They've been there and they can help you navigate the terrain.

The BerryDunn Culture

Our team members have always been active in leadership positions in our professional organizations. Most principals and staff devote significant time to a variety of civic and charitable organizations. We encourage participation in family, community and professional activities. Each office pulls together to support our community through Jeans for Charity days, adopting a family in need during the holidays, providing new backpacks and school supplies to kids who can't afford to buy them, and so much more.

We also have fun, from attending a Red Sox game with your teammates to relaxing at a Busy Season finale bash. BerryDunn also provides structured teambuilding, sports teams, summer outings, and wellness programs.
