A Senior Manager in the Government Consulting Group, Vicki provides training and consulting in leadership, team, and quality deployment as well as organizational development and strategic planning including organizational redesign. She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Six Sigma Corporate Auditor and holds the international designation of a Certified Performance Technologist. 

Vicki has more than 25 years’ experience working with clients in healthcare, state government, education, and Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States and Europe. She has led many successful strategic plans, organizational and process redesigns, and the development of customized training materials with trainer certification for ongoing internal training resources. Using a model that combines learning, executive coaching and facilitated group engagement, she helps leaders and teams design their future, and plan and implement strategic change.
