A Manager in our Healthcare and Not-for-Profit Group, Olga focuses on long-term care and assisted living organizations. She has over nineteen years of industry experience (eight as a nursing home administrator) and clients appreciate her straightforward, collaborative approach that emphasizes staff and stakeholder education.

Olga has led organizations through start-up stages, ownership changes, and public to private company transitions. She has a strong knowledge of quality improvement and assurance, leading organizations to successful CARF accreditation (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and American HealthCare Association Quality Awards based on Malcolm Baldrige criteria.

Olga's in-depth knowledge of HIPAA drives her health information security assessment, planning, and compliance projects on behalf of BerryDunn clients. She has also led organizations through complex transitions to electronic medical records (EMR), including operations (billing cycle) and clinical (MDS, medication administration and pharmacy interface) modules.

Her solid understanding of operational, clinical, and business needs enables her to successfully engage decision-makers, vendors, implementation team members, and end users in goal-setting and implementation of new systems.
