Based in Las Vegas, she brings international experience working in multilateral organizations and with government and non-government public health agencies. Her areas of expertise include business process improvement, strategic map implementation, and policy development and analysis.

Passionate about improving population health outcomes, Melinda serves health and human services organizations at the state government level and collaborates with clients to streamline services. Her experience includes public health needs assessments and IT system modernization initiatives to support behavioral health, disease surveillance, and child welfare service improvement.
