As a Senior Consultant in BerryDunn’s State Government Practice Group and a Public Health Practice Lead, Melinda brings international experience working in multilateral organizations and with government and non-government public health agencies. Her areas of expertise include state public health management, business process improvement, inclusive and anti-racist strategic planning, health IT systems planning and procurement, and policy development and analysis.
Passionate about health equity and improving population health outcomes, Melinda serves health and human services organizations at the state government level and collaborates with clients to optimize services for vulnerable populations. Her experience includes public health needs assessments, IT system modernization initiatives to support behavioral health, engagements to enhance access to services for persons with Limited English Proficiency, and child welfare service improvement. Melinda also serves on BerryDunn’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
