A Senior Manager in our Home Health and Hospice Practice Area, Kelly performs operational reviews and provides general consulting and workflow mapping to help clients streamline their coding processes and OASIS review functions. She employs her previous experience as a Director of Clinical Coding Operations to provide guidance to clients both onsite and in virtual environments. She has been instrumental in building and managing BerryDunn’s team of highly credentialed coding and OASIS consultants. Kelly brings insight on the most recent federal and state regulations for coding and OASIS to her client work. She is committed to educating staff and clients on industry changes and compliance, as well as the financial implications of processes and regulations including coding, OASIS review, and COPs.
