Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise to her engagements, with twenty years of experience across a broad range of actuarial functions.

In addition to managing BerryDunn’s Hartford, Connecticut office, Jennifer analyzes healthcare cost trends and supports her clients with health insurance benefit pricing. As a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Jennifer’s experience includes actuarial pricing related to implementing the Affordable Care Act, analyzing the effect of health insurance benefit mandates on premiums, supporting state insurance regulators in rate reviews and carrier examinations, assisting large employer groups with carrier renewal negotiations, and assisting not-for-profit managed care organizations with claim liability analysis, rate development, and budget development and monitoring.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer held actuarial leadership positions at a large national insurance company with responsibility for individual and commercial pricing, valuation of claim liabilities, and financial forecasting.
