NH Bankers Association and Vermont Bankers Association, Inc. are pleased to partner for the NH/VT Bankers Annual Conference to be held on September 15-17, 2023 at Le Chateau Frontenac, Quebec, QC.

NOTE: Valid passports are required.

NOTE: the complimentary registration fee is for the registration only ($400). You must still register for the conference as meals ($800) are not included in the sponsorship total using the "Registration - Sponsor Comp (Meals)" option. Should you exceed the number of comp regs, you must register using the "Registration - Member" option.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS must be made no later than Thursday, August 24, 2023. Hotel reservations include waived resort fee, in-room wireless internet access (if enrolled in Accor Club, otherwise $13.95 (CAD)/day, health club and pool. CANCELLATIONS: Registrations may be canceled prior to close of business on Thursday, August 24th by notifying the NHBA Office at 603-224-5373 OR the VBA office at 802-229-0341. Refunds are subject to a $50.00 per person service charge. Any cancellations after August 24th are not refundable but are transferable to another individual from your bank/company who wishes to attend this conference. All registrations received by fax or email are subject to this policy.
