Our State Government Practice Group (SGPG) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation Project Manager to lead the Human Resources (HR) workstream on behalf of one of our state government clients. You should have experience managing large teams and efforts to implement large-scale ERP solutions. The candidate filling this position must be located in or willing to relocate to (or within daily commuting distance of) Carson City, Nevada and is expected to work on-site at the client location 100% of the time. You will apply your knowledge and experience to support our state government client in implementing its chosen ERP system through directing the HR workstream team comprised of state agency and BerryDunn staff. This will require providing advice and guidance to our state government client, working in collaboration with the ERP system integrator (SI) vendor and solution provider. You will bring a mix of expert-level project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership and teamwork capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills. There is immense opportunity for growth and career development within the firm and with this position. Our State Government Practice Group (SGPG) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead health information technology (HIT) projects on behalf of our state government clients, with a concentration on electronic health record (EHR) implementations. This position is contingent on BerryDunn being awarded a multi-year project with an estimated start date in late 2024.   As an immediate focus, you will apply your knowledge and experience to lead BerryDunn’s Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) team in support of our state government client’s EHR implementation. This will require facilitating risk assessment interviews, reviewing technical deliverables, identifying risks/issues/findings, developing recommendations, and working with our state government clients in an objective and collaborative manner. You will bring a mix of expert-level project management capabilities (IV&V projects is preferred), EHR experience, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership and teamwork capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.   Travel Expectations:  A willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

You will operate in two primary capacities: - As an OD Trusted Advisor to Clients: Partner within diverse project teams by providing OD services that include and are not limited to organizational change management, strategic planning, organizational analysis, executive and leader development, and workforce development for our state government clients. - As a Staff Development Support Coordinator: Focus to help enhance and sustain staff development of the expanding SGPG team including capacity and skill in consulting and delivering OD services     You will report to the SGPG Organizational Development Manager (SGPG OD Manager) who similarly provides OD consulting services to SGPG clients and helps support staff development including capacity building related to OD. SGPG’s leadership team comprises Principals who oversee teams that provide consulting support; The Principals thoughtfully developed the priority and approach to support OD Services within SGPG.
