As a Principal in BerryDunn’s Management and IT Consulting Practice Group, Dan leads clients in planning for, selecting, and implementing new technologies, business practices, and workflow. He helps organizations transition from legacy EHR systems and paper-based processes to integrated, automated, and electronic EHR systems. He provides guidance to improve process, optimize electronic health records, and bring about organizational change. He has experience with clients across the care continuum from hospitals, physician offices, behavioral health, senior living, and home-based care.
Dan has nearly 20 years of experience working with healthcare clients. He has extensive experience helping drive adoption of healthcare technology, make operational changes, and develop long-term technology strategy. As a member of BerryDunn's Recovery Advisory Team, he helped guide his clients through the COVID-19 outbreak with best practices related to telehealth, IT risks, HIPAA compliance, workflow changes, EHR adoption, and process improvement.
