A Senior Manager in BerryDunn’s Management and IT Consulting Practice Group, Tina manages the Compliance, Security, and Risk Management Practice. She assists clients with assessing and advancing the maturity of their compliance, security, and risk management practices in an effort to help them gain greater control and ownership of their programs. She provides a variety of services, including enterprise risk assessments, IT security assessments, and compliance, security, and risk management program development.
Tina is also a change management professional, helping clients plan effectively for changes impacting their organization. With a sharp focus on strategic management, she approaches each project from a tactical and strategic perspective, enabling clients to understand their challenges and apply the appropriate solutions. She engages clients with an energetic, hands-on, highly communicative style to work through issues confidently and efficiently.
