A Senior Manager in our Parks, Recreation, Libraries Practice, Teresa joined BerryDunn as part of the merger with GreenPlay. She was the founder and CEO of GreenPlay, and brings decades of parks, recreation, preventive public health, and related quality of life planning experience.
Teresa has led projects for communities of all sizes across the United States. Her areas of expertise include master and strategic planning, transdisciplinary alignment, cost recovery, and level of service analysis. She teaches and researches best practices in agency administration and planning both nationally and internationally, presenting at conferences, associations, universities, and individual agencies.
