Ryan is a Manager in BerryDunn’s Government Consulting Group and works with cities, towns, and counties across the United States. He has led local government organizations through various projects including: organizational needs assessments, system planning and selection projects, and the implementation of enterprise software systems.

Leveraging his background in public sector procurement with the United States Judiciary, and his training as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Ryan has played a key role in a number of projects including:
