Roger is a Senior Manager in BerryDunn’s Tax Services Group focusing on Retirement Plan and Employee Benefits consulting. In addition to his Juris Doctor designation, Roger is an Accredited Pension Administrator.

Roger has more than 25 years of experience working with employers of all sizes with respect to their qualified and non-qualified retirement plans as well as their tax-favored employee benefits. Roger has helped many clients optimize their 401(k) or 403(b) plan design and has also served as a resource regarding executive deferred compensation.

Roger is also an expert on all other tax-favored employee benefits. This includes employer-provided welfare benefits (e.g., healthcare), fringe benefits of many types, and accrued leave programs. He is also an expert on the complexities of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), has spoken many times on the subject at industry events, and works with numerous employers on the ACA annual reporting requirements and the employer mandate.
