As a leader on the firm's Culture and Engagement team, Priscilla takes pride in using her experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion and her vast leadership and collaboration knowledge to build and foster a culture of belonging at the firm. 

An experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion professional, Priscilla has led strategic initiatives to increase cultural competence, diverse hiring, and inclusive leadership at large organizations in the US. She has a proven ability to improve processes for successful inclusion programs and develop measurement tools that monitor effectiveness. She is a strong facilitator who leverages interpersonal skills to relate to any audience. Her past experience includes leveraging national, regional, and local organizations and business resources for strategy alignment focused on diversity education, recruiting, community outreach, and multicultural growth insights.

Experience highlights

Priscilla has enjoyed a 30+ year career in the insurance industry and 20+ years leading DEI work. Her background includes underwriting, sales and marketing, learning and development, and DEI. She has served in several leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Relations, Director of Diversity, Corporate Diversity Consultant, and Underwriting Team Manager.
