Dr. Monique le Conge Ziesenhenne is a Senior Consultant in our Parks, Recreation, Libraries Practice. She is a library planning expert with nearly 35 years of library and local government leadership experience spanning strategy, budget, staff, and policy development.

Prior to joining BerryDunn, she served as assistant city manager and director of library and community services for the City of Palo Alto, California. She previously served as director of library, recreation, and arts for the City of Richmond, California.
