Mike is a Principal in BerryDunn’s Tax Consulting and Compliance Group. He is an experienced tax professional with a proven track record of helping both public and privately held companies. Mike holds a law degree from Suffolk University Law School and is skilled in conducting tax research in order to provide solutions to complex tax issues. Mike is a member of the firm’s State and Local Tax (SALT) Group.
Prior to joining BerryDunn, Mike was at Deloitte Tax LLP, where he coordinated the delivery of state and local tax consulting series and market initiatives to large, multinational public companies. He worked with clients to identify and resolve complex, multistate tax issues through tax due diligence, restructurings, and the execution of voluntary disclosure agreements.
