- Michael Leboeuf

Short and long-term strategic planning is the key to financial success

A former volunteer fire-fighter, Mike is the Principal-in-Charge of BerryDunn's Manchester Office, focusing exclusively on commercial companies, including manufacturing and high-technology businesses, an area he specialized in while working with PWC in Boston.  Mike provides financial reporting, merger and acquisition structuring, internal controls and systems development, and strategic planning services for clients throughout New England.

Prior to joining BerryDunn, Mike managed the auditing and accounting practice of the Manchester, NH office of a local accounting firm. This was preceded by five years as Director of Finance for a public company with global reach, that specialized in renewable energy and high technology. While there, Mike focused on both short and long-term strategic planning, business and financial development and contract administration including government and FAR compliance, as well as business planning and modeling of renewable power projects.  He also oversaw the financial reporting and operations of several significant international subsidiaries.

Experience Highlights:

Mike has extensive experience working closely with corporate management of family business and private companies, consulting on such issues as business combinations, divestures, corporate restructuring, capital infusion, cash management, and profit improvement. Many of his clients have international operations.
