Larry has a unique mix of actuarial and underwriting experience and brings a wealth of expertise to his engagements, with thirty years of experience across a broad range of pricing and underwriting functions.

Larry’s experience includes actuarial pricing related to implementing the Affordable Care Act, analyzing the effect of health insurance benefit mandates on premiums, supporting state insurance regulators in rate reviews and market conduct examinations, and assisting large employer groups with carrier renewal negotiations, rate and development, and premium allocation. In a prior position, Larry held underwriting and actuarial leadership roles at a large national insurance company with responsibility for individual and commercial pricing and individual, small group, and large group underwriting.
