Tackling complex program and system issues

Fully aware of the fiscal challenges state governments face today, with ever-increasing pressure to meet the complex health and human services needs of growing numbers of families, Kristan approaches program and system planning and implementation from a perspective of abundance, not limits. She believes we live in a world of abundance – an abundance of creativity, ideas, passion, and innovation – and refuses to be constrained by convention or history. She brings the lessons learned from her ten years of state government consulting experience in nine states to every engagement, cross-pollinating innovative yet pragmatic health and human services solutions across state agencies, programs, and systems.
