As the lead of BerryDunn’s Community Development and Utility Operations practice, Kevin has worked with cities and counties all over the United States, from Virginia to Arizona to California.

Kevin’s experience managing assessment, planning, and system selection projects gives him a deep understanding of the intricacies of community development and utility operations systems, which he shares with his municipal clients in every engagement.

Kevin brings a diverse knowledge set to city and county community development and utility operations projects. He can see the big picture when assisting municipal government organizations in analyzing business processes and selecting and implementing systems. He also has a sharp eye for details when helping municipalities support permitting, inspections, licensing, code enforcement, asset management, work orders, utility billing, service orders, property tax appraisal, and other community development and utility operations functions.
