Keith Damon is a Manager in our Government Consulting Group with years of management, technical, and consulting experience. This experience includes assisting clients with needs analysis, system selection, and project implementation.

Keith Damon is a seasoned project manager and IT professional with decades of experience working with public sector agencies to manage enterprise applications. As a project manager for J.D. Edwards, he worked exclusively with public sector organizations across the country leading implementations, staffing projects, supporting clients, and leading projects.

As the Local Government Technology Management practice leader, Keith leverages his management experience within large and diverse government organizations when advising BerryDunn’s government clients. He works with a variety of public sector organizations to identify, select, and deploy technology enhancements that improve and enhance service delivery. His 14+ years of consulting experience includes advising clients with strategic planning, process analysis needs assessment and recommended improvements, project management for ERP system implementations, IT governance, and related structure to support organizational improvement.

Keith is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a designation of the Project Management Institute.
