Kate’s experience as an attorney and as a former member of the Government Consulting Group give her a unique perspective on the firm’s various legal needs.
As the Lead Corporate Counsel and Director of Compliance at BerryDunn, Kate advises on a number of issues facing the firm. She works with each Department to ensure that their needs are met and serves as a resource during contract negotiations. Formerly an Assistant Attorney General and Special Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting Computer Crime for the State of Maine, as well as a consultant at BerryDunn, Kate brings a deep background to BerryDunn’s Compliance Department.
Kate is admitted to practice law in Maine; Massachusetts; United States District Court, District of Maine; and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
