Karen specializes in Medicaid project management, working with state health and human service agencies on large system planning and implementation initiatives. With more than 25 years’ experience, she has a unique blend of business, technical, and project management expertise. Her varied experience with health information systems and organizations enables her to understand a client’s needs from their perspective.

Karen is a Manager in BerryDunn’s Government Consulting Group providing project management and Medicaid consulting. Prior to joining BerryDunn in 2013, Karen served as a consultant to numerous state health and human services agencies. She has led implementation initiatives and provided oversight in system and operational design, instructional design, business reengineering, organizational change management, requirements validation, RFP development, and independent verification and validation.
