Frank is an experienced actuary with advanced data analytics skills and proficiency with SAS, SQL, VBA and R programming. His broad actuarial experience includes valuation and pricing model development, with ASA and CERA credentials. Frank holds a PhD, and is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
