Ed provides project oversight services to his government consulting team on large Medicaid system implementations in the areas of project management, change management, HIPAA compliance, quality assurance, systems planning and implementation, and independent verification and validation. His systems experience includes MMIS, Data Warehouse/Decision Support, and Pharmacy POS systems.
Earlier in his career, Ed worked as a systems engineer at EDS where he gained large-scale implementations experience. He has served in a project management and quality assurance capacity for Medicaid projects in Maine, Iowa, and West Virginia. He has also done project management-related work in New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Vermont. Before coming to BerryDunn, Ed taught math and science in Maine and Colorado and then worked at GHS Data Management, a provider to the Medicaid Management Information System industry.
