David Houle is a senior manager in BerryDunn's Management and Information Technology Group, where he spearheads the firm's Higher Education practice area. Prior to joining BerryDunn in 2005, David worked for the State of Maryland; a non-profit in Washington, D.C.; and IBM.

During his twelve years with the firm, David has consulted and aided over 100 higher education institutions across the United States and Canada. He has successfully assisted clients with:

  • System planning
  • Process improvement
  • IT infrastructure planning
  • University-wide IT strategic planning
  • Independent assessments of IT organizations
  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system evaluation and selection

In addition, David has a particular interest in realizing organizational change that results in positive and productive outcomes, as well as managing the complex challenges of data governance.
