Prior to joining BerryDunn in 1996, Dave worked as a tax manager at Ernst & Young for six years where he was the primary contact for multinational publicly traded companies. He is a licensed CPA in both Maine and Massachusetts.
Dave is a Principal and the leader of BerryDunn’s Tax Consulting and Compliance Practice Group. He specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services to both individuals and corporate clients. His experience includes working with clients to strategically manage their federal and multistate tax planning opportunities and potential exposure. Dave is also a member of the firm’s International Services Team, providing tax consulting and compliance services to companies with inbound and outbound foreign tax issues.
Dave is leading the BerryDunn Recovery Advisory Team’s efforts to assist businesses throughout the COVID-19 outbreak. He is helping the team proactively manage the process of maximizing benefits for each client.
