Danielle (Ewing) Pelletier

With over two decades of experience in the health and human services and public health sectors, Danielle has worked as a clinician, hospital administrator, and consultant to state governments and health insurers. She has a multidimensional understanding of the healthcare environment in the US, including healthcare system operations, government regulations, and the technology needed to support integrated person- and family-centric delivery of health and human services to individuals and families.

As a Principal in BerryDunn’s State Government Practice Group and leader of the Health and Human Services Practice Area, Danielle is an authentic, energetic leader who provides project management, change management, organizational assessment and development, process improvement, strategic technology planning, IT system planning and selection, and IV&V services.

As a Principal in BerryDunn’s State Government Practice Group and leader of the Health and Human Services Practice Area, Danielle is an authentic, energetic leader who provides project management, change management, organizational assessment and development, process improvement, strategic technology planning, IT system planning and selection, and IV&V services.

Danielle works diligently with her clients to analyze and understand their challenges, identify targeted solutions and recommendations, and patiently guide them through implementation. She assists clients with a variety of health and human services programs and IT systems including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Integrated Eligibility Systems, Public Health Systems, Behavioral Health Systems, Health Services Enterprises, Health Insurance Marketplaces (Exchanges), and Child Welfare Information Systems.

A member of the BerryDunn Recovery Advisory team, Danielle serves as a trusted advisor to state public health and social services agencies to address and minimize the negative effects of the coronavirus on individuals and families.

A passionate life-long learner who continually seeks opportunities to provide greater value to her clients, Danielle has earned certifications as a Project Management Professional, Change Management Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ScrumMaster, and Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems. Prior to joining BerryDunn, she served as Director of Ambulatory Services for Willamette Falls Hospital in Portland, Oregon, and then as the Director of Client Performance at Health Dialog in Portland, Maine.
