"Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion."

- Jack Welch

Connecting great people to do great work for great clients

With over two decades of professional experience as a clinician, hospital administrator, and consultant, Danielle builds strong project teams to deliver high-quality work by combining her deep understanding of BerryDunn’s clients and services with her knowledge of what it takes to be a great consultant and an effective team member.

As a Senior Manager in BerryDunn’s Government Consulting Group, Danielle is an energetic leader who supports business development efforts by finding, vetting, and building relationships with prospective employees and business partners. As potential project opportunities arise, Danielle uses her first-hand experience to gain a thorough understanding of a client’s needs before recruiting the optimal team based on factors such as individuals’ subject matter expertise, experience, geographic locations, and personalities. The synergies that arise from these teams help create value for BerryDunn’s clients and foster an environment that allows each individual—and the team—to be successful.

A passionate life-long learner who continually seeks opportunities to provide greater value to her clients, Danielle has earned certifications as a Project Management Professional, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Professional in Health Information Technology. Prior to joining BerryDunn, she served as Director of Ambulatory Services for Willamette Falls Hospital in Portland, Oregon, and then as the Director of Client Performance at Health Dialog in Portland, Maine.
