Chad has worked with more than 40 municipal and county governments across the country on ERP system initiatives and has in-depth knowledge of local government business processes and operations.

Chad has provided project management and implementation oversight of several large system implementations and managed ERP and revenue system implementations for more than 25 local government clients. He recently conducted workflow analyses and business processes for local government clients, and assisted numerous municipal and county government agencies with evaluating IT operations, equipment, and staffing needs, establishing recommendations for new processes and information systems and guiding clients through the process of selecting and implementing new systems

Chad is a Principal in our Government Consulting Group and brings more than 18 years of experience working with local government agencies. He has extensive experience assisting municipal clients in planning for, procuring, and implementing public sector systems.
