Bill Richardson is a Project Management Professional (PMP) focused on serving BerryDunn’s Medicaid clients. He has more than 12 years of experience working with Medicaid and health and human services agencies, providing project management, policy development, requirements definition, system design, development, and testing for large health information systems. His technical and policy experience enables him to successfully bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
Bill, a certified PMP, is a Principal in BerryDunn’s Government Consulting Group. Along with his extensive Medicaid experience, Bill has a significant background in implementation management, meeting healthcare reform requirements. His experiences with Medicaid enterprises include spearheading the design and development of an MMIS system, leading a group of professionals to implement a multipayer healthcare claims back-end processing system, and serving as a consultant for multiple clients.
