Andrew J.

Senior Manager

“No problem can be solved by the same level of consciousness that created it.”

- Albert Einstein

As a Critical Access Hospital CFO, Andy served as the project lead for financial planning, corporate/governance reconfiguration, grant submission and implementation for a project that established a national precedent whereby a primary care network—which owned and operated a hospital as a subsidiary—was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and received federal grant funding as a Community Health Center.

Andy is a member of BerryDunn's Healthcare Industry Group specializing in finance, third-party reimbursement and operational effectiveness. Andy brings to his engagements nearly twenty years of experience as a hospital financial executive, working primarily for safety net providers in geographically isolated rural areas.
