BerryDunn Employee Earns Prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst Designation

BerryDunn is pleased to announce that Seth Webber, principal and head of the firm’s Valuation Group, has earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.

Recipients of the CFA charter have successfully completed the CFA Program, which includes a graduate-level curriculum and three intensive examinations. The three exams typically require a total of 900 hours of study, and they cover ethical and professional standards, securities analysis and valuation, international financial statement analysis, quantitative methods, economics, corporate finance, portfolio management, and performance measurement. Due to the rigor of the program, only around one in five candidates who enroll in the CFA Program pass all three exams and meet the professional and ethical requirements to earn the charter.

At BerryDunn, Seth Webber uses his technical expertise, up-to-date appraisal tools, and broad industry knowledge to help clients in New England and beyond make well-informed business decisions. He works with business owners to define and execute transition plans, including valuations relating to ESOPs, management buyouts, sales, and gifting. He also provides expert witness services to clients and attorneys on business valuation, economic damages, and lost profits.
